Temporary Maintenance Schedule Change
We've got some news to share about our maintenance services. We've taken on a massive project with a super tight deadline, and it's forced us to make some temporary changes to how we do things. But don't worry, we've got your back (or should we say wheels?)! Here's what you need to know:
1. Leave Your Wheelchair with Us
For the time being, most maintenance tasks will require you to leave your beloved wheelchair with us. We'll take good care of it and perform the necessary maintenance after hours. Think of it as a little vacation for your chair while we work our magic.
2. Tuesdays are "Wait and Junior Tech" Days
On Tuesdays, my appointment only, we will have junior tech on staff to do basic repairs while you wait. Any complicated or advanced repairs will require you to leave your wheelchair with us.
3. Schedule in Advance, Please!
We want to make sure we give your chair the attention it deserves, so all maintenance appointments must be scheduled in advance. Give us a call at 713-487-9875 to book your slot. But before we can schedule an appointment or drop-off time, we'll need to know what's going on with your chair. So be prepared to give us the lowdown on any issues or concerns you have. We're here to help!
